Christmas “Bendy” Card featuring Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits from Stampin’ Up!

Welcome, Stampers —

Today’s Christmas ‘bendy’ card quickly came together with the help of the Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits Dies from Stampin’ Up!  I’ve wanted to make one for quite some time now, and this die set was a perfect choice!!

I did not use the coordinating Santa’s Sleigh stamp set but think of the possibilities when you purchase the bundle, at a 10% discount.

Templet, I created and used for cutting my “bendy” card.

Watercolor card featuring Santa’s Sleigh from Stampin’ Up!

Welcome, Stampers  🙂

Check out this quick and cute watercolored Christmas card featuring the Santa’s Sleigh stamp set and framelit bundle from Stampin’ Up!

Stampin’ Up! colors I used:

Santa’s Sleigh is such a fantastic stamp set, especially when you add the matching Framelits.  Oh my goodness, the possibilities are endless!   You will absolutely want to add this bundle to your stamp collection.

Stamping the tree to the inside card, adds just the right touch of interest.

I used an aqua painter to watercolor the reindeer with Tip Top Taupe ink; I used Smoky Slate ink for the shadow beneath the reindeer.  I hope you will try this and discover for yourself just how easy it is to watercolor.

Snowman Card featuring the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies from Stampin’ Up!

Welcome, Stampers  🙂

Woohoo!!  The Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog is now available and I have LOTS of new stamps and accessories to share!

Today, I am using the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits dies from the Stampin’ Up! 2016-2017 Annual Catalog and the new Fancy Frost Speciality Designer Series Paper from the new Holiday Catalog.

I added a second snowman to the inside of my card.  Don’t you just love the sparkly Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper.

I sponged the Fancy Frost Designer Speciality Designer Series Paper with Night of Navy ink.  By applying more ink to the top of the DSP and gradually added less and less ink as you move down the paper, you will be able to achieve the ombre look.   Love it!!
